7th AGM of Mega Bank elects Mr. Bhoj Bahadur Shah as new chairman; elected chairman receives oath from NRB Governor

Mega Bank Nepal through its 7th AGM has elected 6 new BODs to its board for coming 4 years. The AGM has also unanimously elected Mr. Bhoj Bahadur Shah who has also received oath of his designation and secrecy with Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Mr. Chiranjibi Nepal.

The AGM also endorsed the decision of the board to issue 10.75% bonus shares to its existing shareholders. following the merger with TDBL and the recent capital hike, the bank is the second largest in Nepal in terms of paid up capital structure.
