7.894% dividend of Civil Laghubitta to be endorsed through AGM on Poush 29; Company looks to issue 100% right shares

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) will be convening its 7^th AGM on Poush 29, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Hotel Orchid, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. Endorsing 4% bonus shares worth Rs 43.89 lakh for the FY 2074/75
2. Approval to issue 100% right shares after the adjustment of 4% bonus shares
3. To make necessary provision for merger and acquisitions and to provide authority to the BOD to take decisions regarding the same
4. To make necessary amendments in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 3.894% cash dividend worth Rs 42.73 lakh for the FY 2074/75.

For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Poush 20 till Poush 29 i.e. shareholders holding shares of the microfinance company till Poush 19 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive 7.894% dividend.
