75% Rights Offering of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Extended Till Ashad 25

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) has extended the issue of a 1: 0.75 ratio of 1,20,00,000 units right share to its shareholders at a par value of Rs. 100 till Ashad 25 which was supposed to close today i.e. on the 10th Ashadh, 2080. The issue opened on 22nd Jestha.
The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.60 Arba. Hence, after the issue of the right share in the ratio of 1:0.75 or 1.2 crore unit right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will be increased to Rs. 2.8 Arba. Following the approval from Electricity Commission, the company placed the application to the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the right issue, and on 12th Baisakh, 2080 SEBON approved the rights issue of 1: 0.75.
Laxmi Capital Markets Limited is appointed as the issue manager of this right share.
Previously, the company had unveiled the book closure date for its rights offering which was Baisakh 27, 2079. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to apply for the rights offering.
