7.5% Bonus Shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Listed in NEPSE

15,00,000 unit bonus shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened the 7th AGM on 21st Chaitra, 2081, and endorsed a 7.8947% dividend for FY 2080/81. A 0.3947% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 78.94 lakhs and 7.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 15 crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SGIC has an LTP of Rs. 554.28.
