6,10,995 unit bonus shares of Kalika Power Company Ltd (KPCL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its AGM on 29th Poush, 2081, and endorsed a 7.3684%% dividend for FY 2080/81. The company decided to distribute a 7% bonus share and a 0.3684% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, KPCL has an LTP of Rs. 573.21.
