The 33rd AGM of the company held on Falgun 29, 2078 endorsed an 19% dividend for the fiscal year 2076-77: 64,42,689.49 units bonus shares and cash dividend (for tax purposes). The paid-up capital of the company after the dividend distribution stood Rs. 4.03 Arba.
