5.75% Bonus Shares of Green Development Bank Listed in Nepse

3,09,765 unit bonus shares of Green Development Bank Ltd. (GRDBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 12th Annual General Meeting on 27th Chaitra, 2081, and endorsed a 6.0527% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 219th board of directors meeting held on Poush 02 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of 53.87 crore, 5.75% bonus shares and 0.3027% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares were listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, GRDBL has an LTP of Rs. 1,218.00 .
