56,11,845.67 unit promoter shares of Prabhu Bank now can be tradable under public share category

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has made 56,11,845.67 units promoter shares of Prabhu Bank Limited tradable under public shares category. The decision to convert the promoter shares to public shares was already approved by SEBON, Nepal Rastra Bank and company AGM.
The new promoter and public shareholders ratio of Prabhu Bank Limited now is 55:45.
