5,20,000 Bonus Shares of Multipurpose Finance (MPFL) Listed in NEPSE

5,20,000 units bonus shares of Multipurpose Finance Limited (MPFL) have been Listed in NEPSE.

The 24th AGM of the company endorsed a 13.68% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 388th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 13% bonus shares worth Rs 5.2 crores and 0.68% cash dividend (for tax) had been proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, MPFL has an LTP of Rs. 292.
