52.41 lakh units of Chilime bonus share get listed

Altogether 52,41,600 units of bonus share of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) have been listed for trading at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited.

The bonus shares from the serial number 17472001 to 22713600 have been listed, according to a notice issued by NEPSE today.

Chilime’s Annual General Meeting held in October had pledged 30 percent bonus shares besides 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

One of the blue chip companies had posted a net profit of Rs 96.37 crore during the last fiscal year 2069/70, up from Rs 94.32 crore posted in the previous fiscal.

As per its second quarterly report for the current fiscal year, Chilime’s EPS (annualized) stands at Rs 50.04 and its net worth per share is Rs 286.19.

Chilime’s last trading price stood at Rs 1,698 yesterday.
