51,907 applicants applied for IPO of Liberty Energy Company Limited till now; already 56.76% of IPO is subscribed

Liberty Energy Company Limited is issuing 35,64,930 units (including 13,14,930 units unsubscribed by locals) worth Rs 35.64 crore as Initial Public Offering to the general from (Bhadra 3, 2077). The early closing date of this issue is on Bhadra 7 and if the issue is not fully subscribed till Bhadra 3, then it can be extended upto Bhadra 17, 2077.
Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 2,00,000 units.
As per the issue manager NIBL Ace Capital Limited, the issue has received approx 51,907 applications applying for a total of 20,23,550 units of shares worth Rs 20.23 crore till 5.00 PM today (Bhadra 4).
After the issuance of 37.50 lakhs units IPO shares to locals and general public i.e 25% of total capital which will together raise its paid-up capital to Rs 1.50 arba.
ICRA Nepal Limited has assigned an [ICRANP] IPO Grade 4 to the Rs.37.50 Initial Public Offer of Liberty Energy Company Limited. Instruments with this grading are considered to have below-average fundamentals.
The company is developing the 25 MW Upper Dordi ‘A’ HEP in Faleni and Dhodeni VDC, Lamjung district of western Nepal. The per megawatt cost of the project (including IDC) is Rs 18.54 crore and its payback period is 9.20 years.
