50,69,582 Bonus Shares and 22,829 Right Shares of NBB Now Listed in NEPSE

50,69,582 unit bonus shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) have now been listed in NEPSE.
The recent AGM of the company endorsed an 8.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company distributed 6% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 2.42% as a cash dividend. The cash dividend includes the amount for tax purposes as well.
The same bonus shares are now listed.
Furthermore, 22,829 unit right shares of NBB are also listed in NEPSE. This is a portion of the right shares issued earlier.
As of writing, NBB has an LTP of Rs. 349.
