50,00,000 Units of "10.15% Prime Debenture 2084" Now Listed in NEPSE

50,00,000 units of 10.15% Prime Debenture 2084 of Prime Commercial Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

Prime Commercial Bank Limited had issued 50,00,000 units worth of "10.15% Prime Debenture 2084" from 31st Jestha, 2079.

The par value of the debenture was Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 50 lakh units, 40% i.e. 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 Arba is issued for the general public, 5% of which was also allocated for mutual funds. Meanwhile, 60% i.e. 30 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

As the name suggests, "10.15% Prime Debenture 2084" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield an annual return of 10.15% during the period.
