50% Right Shares of Himalayan Power Partner Limited Listed in NEPSE

53,27,085 unit right shares of Himalayan Power Partner Ltd. (HPPL) has been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued a 1:0.50 ratio right share i.e. 53,27,085 units to its shareholders from 17th Baishakh to 6th Jestha, 2083. Out of which only 48,58,345 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 4,68,740 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 27th Jestha to 4th Ashad, 2083.
The same 53,27,085 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Global IME Capital Limited was the company's auction manager.
