5% Bonus Shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

3,14,525.7823 unit bonus shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 12th AGM on Poush 30, 2082, and endorsed a 5.26% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 3.14 crores and 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 16.55 Lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SMATA has an LTP of Rs. 815.00 .
