26,06,066.54 unit bonus shares of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLICL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 37th AGM on 5th Ashadh, 2082, and endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2080/81. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus share and a 10% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NLICL has an LTP of Rs. 606.54 .
