5% Bonus Shares of Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Now Listed in NEPSE

5,00,000 units of bonus shares of Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 6th AGM on 22nd Poush and endorsed a 5.02632% dividend for FY 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1 Arba. 5% bonus shares and 0.02632% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
BHDC closed at Rs. 452.80 last Thursday.
