45% bonus shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited listed in NEPSE for trading

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed the bonus share of FY 2075/76 of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB).

5,79,538.80 Units Bonus Shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) has been listed in NEPSE for trading. The company had endorsed a 45% bonus share in FY 75/76.

The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs 18.67 crore. MMFDB stock trading is halted in NEPSE due to its acquisition process with Sweda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
