40,75,151 units Bonus shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) have been listed in NEPSE for trading.
The 25th AGM held on 7th Poush, 2076 had approved the distribution of 5% of the company's existing paid-up capital as bonus shares. This amounts to 40,75,151 units.
The company had distributed 5% bonus shares and 7% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76. As of writing, Nepal Bangladesh Bank's LTP per unit share is Rs. 200.
