3,20,000 units bonus shares of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) have been Listed in NEPSE for regular trading.
The 6th AGM of the company held on 11th Poush, 2076, had proposed a 32% bonus shares worth Rs 3.20 crore and 1.68% cash dividend worth Rs 16.84 lakh for tax purposes for the same.
Issuing a notice today, NEPSE has informed of the bonus shares being listed in NEPSE and open for trading from upcoming sessions.
