3 days left to clinch 10:3 ratio right share of City Development Bank

3 days left for Pokhara based City Development Bank Limited (CDBL) 10:3 ratio right shares which will be closed on Mangsir 9, 2071.

9,24,000 units of right shares are being floated for its existing shareholders since kartik 5.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager of this right issue.

Therefore, the investors are informed to fill up their right share as soon as possible.

Earlier, City Development Bank Limited has offered 22% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2070/71.
