2nd AGM of Arabha Nepal Modern Agriculture Company to be held; to endorse financial highlights for the F/Y 2074/75

Arabha Nepal Modern Agriculture Company Limited (ANMACL) is going to conduct its 2nd Annual General Meeting on Chaitra 23, 2075. The AGM will be conducted at the Pragya Pratistha Bhawan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
Main Agenda of the meeting are:
- To discuss on the audited financial statements of the F/Y 2074/75.
- To endorse financial highlights of 2074/75 FY. And to appoint auditor for 2075/76 FY.
- To discuss on the future plans of the company.
- To discuss on the employees work, duties, responsivities, services, condition by the employer and facilities provided, which are stated in the Arthik Prashan Binimawali, 2075.
- To change the location of the corporate office of the company.
- To amend on the company’s existing bank loan.
