28.50% stock Dividend proposed by BOD of Asian Life Insurance

As per the information received by NEPSE on 2071-11-25 at 11:42 AM, the 88th BOD meeting of Asian Life Insurance Company Limited held on 2071-11-24 has proposed 28.50% stock dividend and 1.5% cash dividend (for tax purpose) which subject to the approval of Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM
Asian Life Insurance Company Limited had posted net profit of Rs.12.38 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
