25% Bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

30,00,000 units bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company had distributed a 25% bonus shares worth Rs 30 crore and 15.53% cash dividend worth Rs 18.63 crore including tax for the fiscal year 2075/76. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. The shares are tradable from tomorrow.

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has posted a net profit of Rs. 28.43 crores till the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77. As of writing, the company's LTP is Rs. 1012.
