24th AGM of Shree Ram Sugar Mills to be held on Baisakh 30; shareholders to be empty handed this year as well

Shree Ram Sugar Mills (SRS) has announced the details regarding the 24th AGM of the company.
As per the notice published, the 24th AGM of the company will be held on 30th Baisakh, 2076 (13th May, 2019) at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi from 11 AM onwards.
The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial highlights of FY 74/75, appointment of one director from promoter shareholders group and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76.
The company will not be endorsing any dividend for the shareholders this year as well.
