24th AGM of Neco Insurance Limited to be held on Baishak 1, 2077; book closure on Chaitra 24, 2076

The 387^th BOD meeting of Neco Insurance Limited (NIL) has decided that the 24^th AGM of the company will be held on Baishak 1, 2077 (April 13, 2020) at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also appoint the directors of the company.

Distribution of 8.13% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.10.74 Crore out of the profits of FY 76/77 for the shareholders will also be endorsed.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from Chaitra 24, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till Chaitra 23, 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM.
