24,01,482 Units of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" Now Listed in NEPSE

24,01,482 units of 10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083 of Nepal SBI Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

Nepal SBI Bank Limited had issued 30,00,000 units worth of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" from 22nd Ashad, 2079.

The par value of the debenture was Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 30 lakh units, 40% i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.20 Arba is issued for the general public. Meanwhile, 60% i.e. 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
