2.4% bonus share and 7% cash dividend proposed by Hamro Bikas Bank; AGM to be held on Kartik 11

Hamro Bikas Bank (HAMRO) will be convening its 10^th AGM on Kartik 11, 2075. The meeting will be convened in Hotel Satanchuli, Nuwakot at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. Increase the authorized capital from Rs 50 Crore to Rs 51 Crore
2. To distribute 2.40% bonus shares worth Rs 49.22 Crore.
3. To propose merger with Jyoti Bikas Bank with swap ration at 1:1 and approval of MoU and Scheme of Arrangement thereof.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2075/76 and to provide 7.9145% cash dividend to the shareholders.
