24-7 Banking service just a call away now; NIC ASIA Bank brings IVR banking service for the first time in Nepal

NIC ASIA Bank has started Interactive Voice Response IVR service for the first time in the banking industry of Nepal. Under the new service, customers can perform a range of banking activities including checking their balance, last three transactions, block accounts etc. via their registered phone number simply by calling the IVR number of the bank.

Customers can register for the IVR service both by sending Sms and by calling. For SMS registration with their registered mobile number, customers need to type IVR followed by their account number separated by a blank space to 34488.

For telephone registration, customers need to call bank IVR service number 01-5970100 from their registered number and follow the voice responses provided.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 313 branches, 405 ATM terminals, 96 extension counters and 44 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
