21st AGM of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank to be Conducted on Poush 29; What are the Agendas?

According to the decision of Board of Directors, the 21st annual general meeting of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) will be held to discuss and decide on the following proposals at the following written date, place and time, as per section 60 of the Companies Act, 2063.

Date of meeting: 29th Poush 2079 (Accordingly 13th January, 2023)

Location: Nepal Stock Compound, Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu

Meeting start time:  10:00 AM.

Agendas:

• To discuss and approve the report of the board of directors for the financial year 2078/79.
• To discuss and approve the financial statements including the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement including the auditor's report for the financial year 2078/79.
• Appointing an auditor for the financial year 2079/80.
• To decide on the proposed dividend of 6.47% cash dividend and 4% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.01 Arba.
• Others

The book closure date is on Poush 18. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
