20% Bonus share of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha listed in NEPSE; stock trading is in halt due to merger

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB).

As per the notice; 2,04,000 Units Bonus Shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has been listed in NEPSE for regular trading. The microfinance company had issued a 20% bonus shares for the FY 75/76.

The stock trading of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has been halted in NEPSE due to a merger with Navkiran Laghubitta.
