20% Bonus Distribution by Chilime Hydropower Company; urging to dematerialize the shares

Chilime Hydro Power Company Limited (CHCL) has distributed 20% bonus shares to its shareholders directly to their Demat account.

The company has distributed bonus shares out of paid up capital maintained in the books of accounts of the fiscal year 2074/75.

Chilime is therefore urging its shareholders to dematerialize their shares from their respective demat account.
