19% Bonus Shares of Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Now Listed in NEPSE

4,84,412.60 unit bonus shares of Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSLB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 13th AGM of the company held on 10th Baisakh, 2079 endorsed 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The board of directors had decided to distribute the dividend from the existing paid-up capital of 25,49,54,000. 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 4.84 crores, and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 25.49 lakhs. The cash dividend is proposed for tax on bonus shares. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Chaitra 23 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout. NSLB closed at Rs. 884 yesterday.
