19% Bonus Shares of Ganapati Laghubitta (GMFBS) Deposited to Demat Accounts

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has distributed a 19% bonus share directly to the Demat accounts of its shareholders. The company has also urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

Ganapati Laghubitta convened its 5th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Yuvraj Bhandari on Poush 17, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend to its shareholders.

Note that the bonus shares have already been listed in NEPSE. GMFBS closed at Rs. 1,198 yesterday.
