16% Bonus Shares of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Listed in NEPSE

64,00,000 unit bonus shares of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company conducted its 7th annual general meeting on 29th Magh, 2080, and endorsed a 16.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 126th board of directors meeting on Poush 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4 Arba. 16% bonus shares worth Rs. 64 crore and 0.84% cash dividend worth Rs 3.36 crore were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, RNLI has an LTP of Rs. 437.60.
