1,58,792.40 Units Bonus Shares of Mithila Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

1,58,792.40 units bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The eleventh AGM of the company held on Poush 29, 2076 had endorsed 15% bonus shares worth Rs.1.58 Crore and 0.789% cash dividend worth Rs.8.35 Lakhs (for tax on bonus shares) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. Shareholders maintained till Poush 14, 2076 were eligible to claim the dividend.
