15,82,671 unit promoter shares of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) have been converted to ordinary shares.
The 15th and 16th AGM of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) held on Chaitra 09, i.e. March 22, 2021, endorsed the decision to change the promoter: public shareholding ratio to 51: 49 from the existing 60: 40.
As of writing, the ordinary shares of the company have an LTP of Rs. 2,161. The company has published its third-quarter report of the fiscal year 2077/2078 with an increase in net profit by 10.26% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s net profit increased to Rs. 36.33 crores in this quarter from Rs. 32.95 crores in the corresponding quarter.
