1.50 crore unit shares of Liberty Energy Company finally makes it to the secondary market; shareholders can now trade in their shares from today

Liberty Energy Company has got its 1.50 crore unit shares, which was recently floated in the IPO, listed with the Nepal Stock Exchange on Ashoj 2, 2077.

The agreement for the same was signed between Director of the hydro producer Dr. Aatmaram Ghimire and CEO of NEPSE Mr. Chandra Singh Saud amid a program.

The hydro company has earlier appointed Prabhu Capital as the share registrar, as per the media statement.

The 25 MW Upper Dordi Khola A project being built by Liberty Energy Company is in the final stage of construction and will begin commercial generation of electricity soon whereas 2 more projects are under the survey stage, as per the media statement.
