1,53,28,985 unit bonus shares of Soaltee Hotel Ltd (SHL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 51st AGM on Mangsir 28, 2082, and endorsed a 31.57% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 15% bonus share worth Rs. 5.09 Crores and a 16.57% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
