15% Bonus Shares of Soaltee Hotel deposited in Demat Account; Company postpones Bonus Share certificate distribution until further notice due to Covid-19

Soaltee Hotel Limited has issued a notice informing investors that 15% bonus shares have been deposited already in their Demat accounts.
The 15% bonus shares proposal was passed by the AGM held on Poush 24, 2076.
Investors who had invested before Mangsir 24, 2076 are entitled to the bonus shares. Meanwhile, although the bonus share certificates are prepared for investors who have physical share certificates, the company has postponed dispersing them because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Soaltee Hotel Limited has said that it will inform about when they can receive their physical share certificates via the next notice. Nevertheless, the company requests investors with physical share certificates to dematerialize their shares if possible.
