15% Bonus Shares of DDBL Now Listed in NEPSE

15,08,150.3618 units bonus shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) are now listed in NEPSE.
Deprosc Laghubitta has convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Dipak Khanal on Chaitra 20, 2077. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividends to shareholders.
The same 15% bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. The ordinary shares of the company closed at Rs. 1,636 last week.
