14.50% Bonus Shares of Asian Life Insurance Company Now Deposited to Demat Accounts

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) has distributed 14.5% bonus shares directly to the Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The 14th AGM of the company held on Ashwin 13 endorsed 15.26% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 174th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.53 Arba. 14.50% bonus shares worth Rs 36.82 crores and 0.76% cash dividend (including tax for bonus shares) worth Rs 1.93 crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now deposited. Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.

Therefore, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
