14.25% Bonus Shares of Siddhartha Bank (SBL) Deposited to Demat Accounts

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has distributed 14.25% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

Siddhartha Bank convened its 20th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia on Poush 30, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs 8.22 crore for taxation purposes.

The bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE. After dividend adjustment, the paid-up capital of SBL is now Rs. 12,524,427,200. As of writing, SBL has an LTP of Rs. 400.
