1,65,085.54 unit bonus shares of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 10th AGM on 23rd Kartik, 2082, and endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 14.25% bonus share and a 0.75% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
