13th AGM of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to be held on Poush 17, 2076; 6.8% cash dividend to be endorsed

The 282nd BOD meeting of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) has decided that the 13th AGM of the company will be held on Poush 17, 2076 (January 2, 2020) at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan from 11 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will endorse 6.8% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.17.27 Crore or the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. The BOD will be authorized to take decisions regarding merger and acquisitions.
For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from Mangsir 30, 2076 till the date of AGM. Investors holding shares of the bank till Mangsir 29. 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the company.
