12th AGM of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to be held on 14th Asadh, 2076; proposes distribution of 9.50% dividend

The 271^st BOD meeting of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) has decided that the 12^th AGM of the development bank will be held on 14^th Asadh, 2076 (29^th June, 2019) at Amritbhog, Dillibazar from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76. The BOD has proposed to distribute 1.50% bonus shares worth Rs.3.75 Crore and 8% cash dividend worth Rs.20.02 Crore for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75. However, this decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM.

For this purpose, the books of the development bank will remain closed from 31^st Jestha to 14^th Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 30^th Jestha will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM.
