1:2 Right shares of Samriddhi Finance allotted; Remaining portion to be auctioned

Samriddhi Finance Company Limited has allotted its 1:2 ratio right share to shareholders on 24th Kartik, 2077.

Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) has already closed the issue of a 1:2 ratio right share totaling 36,39,606 units on Kartik 6, 2077. This issue was opened to its shareholders from 16th Ashwin. The 18th AGM of the company had decided to issue the right shares in the ratio 1:2 of the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 18,19,80,300 to its shareholders.

Issuing a new notice, it has been notified that those who applied for the issue have been allotted the shares. The unsubscribed portion will be open for auction.

As of writing, Samriddhi Finance Company Limited has an LTP of Rs. 140 per share.
