12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083 completes allotment procedure; non-allottes to be refunded from Chaitra 10

Goodwill Finance had closed the issue of 2.50 lakh unit "12% Goodwill Finance Debenture 2083" from Chaitra 2, 2076. This issue was opened since Falgun 28, 2076. The allotment of the same took place on Chaitra 9, 2076.

Out of the total issued debentures, 1.50 lakh units was issued through a private placement method to institutional investors while 1 lakh unit debentures was issued for general investors.

From the general public, applicants applying for 25 units to 440 units have been fully allotted shares while applicants applying for 499 units to 5,000 units have been allotted 495 units each. Remaining 110 units were allotted to applicants from 499 units to 5,000 units category through lottery system, enabling 110 applicants from the category to receive an extra 1 unit each.

For applicants from the private placement, proportional allotment will be made.

The non-allottees will be getting the refund directly to their respective bank accounts from Chaitra 10, 2076 in chronological order.
