12% Bonus Shares of Siddhartha Bank (SBL) Now Listed in NEPSE

1,17,45,320.57 bonus shares of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) are now listed in NEPSE.
Siddhartha Bank has virtually convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia on Magh 16, 2077. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12% bonus shares worth Rs 1.17 Arba and a 3% cash dividend worth Rs 29.36 crore to the shareholders.
The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, SBL has an LTP of Rs. 430.
