12% Bonus Share of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Listed in NEPSE

55,68,000 unit bonus shares of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 8th AGM on 2nd Ashad, 2082, and endorsed a 12.6315% dividend for FY 2080/81. The company decided to distribute a 12% bonus share and a 0.6315% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, RNLI has an LTP of Rs. 473.57 .
